Appreciate who you are. You are the first people. You are a strong people. You are brilliant people. You are creative people. You are leaders and warriors who fight war better with your mind. You are more than conquerors. No struggles can stop you. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. You are loving people. You are powerful people. Seek the greater things in your life by leaving a footprint of who you are to be remembered always. Learn more about your heritage and become empowered to explore your roots. Unite with one another and stand together. It’s time. It’s time to take back our children. It’s time to take back our money. It’s time to take back our land. It’s time to take back our schools. It’s time to take back our communities. It’s time to back positive thinking about ourselves and each other. It’s time for us to take control of our own present and destiny by not living in the past but allowing the past to lead and guide us along the way. It’s time. Take charge without excuses or shame, because in our ancestors blood, sweat, and tears their legacies will remain.
