Ilicia Goodman

Ilicia Goodman was raised in Mississippi. She was a member of Liberty Hill M.B. Church and Lynch
Street C.M.E. Church. She is a graduate of Holly Springs High School and a two time graduate of
Jackson State University. Being in Georgia for over seventeen years, she now considers Georgia home.
She is currently a member of Ray of Hope Christian Church, but has several affiliations with different
churches in her area.

Ilicia is the proud mother of three children: Bethany, Jarvis, and Ava.
Although Ilicia has earned many certificates and recognitions, her most proud recognition is 2003-2004
Erma C. Rogers Headstart Parent of the Year Award. Her proudest accomplishments in her family life
include her children consistently reading three to four years above grade level, investing in learning how to swim (her, her two oldest children, and currently her youngest child), and successfully incorporating frugality into her home economics.
Ilicia’s work, career, and volunteer life include being in education for over twenty years, being an
independent Avon sales representative and joining the Conyers Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, and serving as a volunteer with various church and community activities. Recently, she served as a volunteer for Hallelujah Night with church. From 2019-2021, she served as the Secretary for the Salem High School Band Booster Club. Ilicia is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and has received her twenty-five year plague.

Ilicia thanks God for her family, friends, and is always amazed at how she has and is blessed by people
from all walks of life. In turn, she does what she can to quietly bless others. Ilicia has established two businesses that she will turn over to her children–Sweetgrass Investors, LLC and Georgia Liberty Holdings, LLC.

Ilicia finished last year with her goal of becoming a local notary, and is finishing this year with working
on transitioning from education into another career path and becoming a global traveler. In addition, she
has re-branded her YouTube Channel, which is now PromisesOfGodLady. Ilicia is excited about her
channel, and is asking that everyone subscribe to her channel.

“I Am Bobby Harris”

Bobby Harris is a native of New Albany Ms. He graduated from Blue Mountain MS and he attended Fosters Cosmetology School in Ripley Ms.

Bobby Harris is one of the best, thriving, influential barber stylist who leaves his mark everywhere he goes. Bobby has traveled in multiple states, competing in hair/barber battles, participating in platform shows, and now he is educating others in the industry at some of the very events he himself has competed in.

Bobby’s main goal in the industry is one day have A Concept School and Salon using his tools, techniques and products. He also wants to win the NAHA (North American Hair Awards).

Bobby’s impact to others is simply to never give up on anything. Bobby states, “Just start! You’ll never have the perfect time or a great start just simply get up and do it!!!”

Bobby informs others, “There are no excuses just determination!! Put God first. Sometimes, you gotta have more praise than you do anything.

Over the past three years Bobby has won over 30 Competitions. His top 3 would be his perfect score in “The Andis Total Look Competition @ Bronner Bro”, his “Rookie Of the Year (2019) Chew’s Multicultural Hairshow”, “The Stylist Takeover Best Barber Of 2019″ ,”CT Barber Grammy Nominee” and the list goes on and on on.

“Creating Opportunities! Self-Pressure!”

Kaylee Sidris , affectionally known as Kay, created Independent Chicks Ent. in 2013 with the hopes of pushing family members to their highest potential with their music . It was the drive of two Black Queens that inspired the Independent Chicks Ent. movement ! Independent Chicks took a liking to the social media marketing because it was on the rise among millions of people around the world!

Along the journey Independent Chicks Ent. began creating different platforms for independent artists that ranged from talent showcases, podcasts, online radio stations, and festivals . Not every event was successful but over time Independent Chicks built a name for themselves and began to grow. Independent Chicks began to realize that there are so many different ways to see success through social media. Independent Chicks began to use the social media market to target the independent music world to grow! With a plethora of platforms and strategies to test out, pinpointing the best strategy for any business can be a daunting task. Independent Chicks found their Mojo with being consistent with social marketing! 

Independent Chicks Ent. understands that independent artists so often lose motivation and seek inspiration. This is what led Independent Chicks to continue to work with artists outside of their families . Independent Chicks efforts was nominated for 2019 Marketer of the year ( North Mississippi Music Awards ), hosting several mixtapes, hosting a mixtape for Astronomical  Artist La’Chat & more, 2020 Industry Judge of the Year ( Hood Idol Awards), started an online radio station (which reaches to the United Kingdom) through Live365, Created an Indie Music & Food Festival Platform for independent artists in 2022 in Hattiesburg MS, 2022 SSC team Award Recipient, SEA nominated 2023 & other accomplishments. Independent Chicks Ent. wants everyone to know “WE LOVE OUR INDEPENDENT ARTISTS  & WE believe in you!”

April Vaughn is the proud daughter of Roy Vaughn and Levanda Goodman. April is also the third child out of four siblings. April is a faithful member of the church Hebron Chapel C.M.E. April is a Holly Springs, Mississippi High School alumni. April received the honor of being Miss Sophomore, Miss HSHS, Class Secretary, and Student Body President.

April’s biggest accomplishment in high school was obtaining class Valedictorian. April is am now a proud Freshman blessed to attend Dillard University. April quotes “Thanks to keeping God first I have had a successful journey thus far and I have been led to pursue a Nursing degree.”

LIVE 100 W.U.R.M. radio station is based out of Evansville Indiana that provides a platform for independent artists to get their music heard, gain experience performing in front of LIVE audiences, and making connections with other artists/labels.

LIVE 100 W.U.R.M. wants to establish a network of artists, promoters, venues, and broadcast platforms which will make it easier for artists to perfect their crafts,and connect with small businesses and new customers.
