Robert is an experienced human resources professional, licensed social worker, author, and relationship change agent who is ahead of his time. He believes that all good things work best from the inside out, and that would include us as human beings.

Robert has a BA degree in Political Science from Fordham University, a Master’s degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources Management from NYU, and a Master’s of Social Work degree from Rutgers University. With his advanced degrees in both human resources and social work, Robert has advised and consulted corporate leaders on a myriad of issues related to employment law, created management training programs for labor/management relations and progressive discipline. On the other hand, as a therapist, he is an agent for change regarding unhealthy relationships. For the past 10 years, Robert has created and facilitated educational programs that teach people how to ameliorate their emotional intelligence in a comprehensive and effective way to improve their self-esteem, self-awareness, resilience and most of all their self-love in order to diminish domestic violence, bullying and retaliatory behaviors in the workplace.

Currently, Robert has been accepted into the doctoral program at Yeshiva University to attain a PhD in Social Work with a focus on Leadership, Management and Policy.

Known as a Marketing Expert in the music industry for his vast knowledge and networking skills, Lex Luga is highly sought after by major and independent labels for his ability to break artists in Mississippi and beyond. He is one of the most influential tastemakers in the Southern Region. Lex Luga’s hard work and dedication in the music industry has landed him much acknowledgement as well as a number of nominations and industry awards. E.C.M.D. has also presented him with a RIAA Certified GOLD Record for his role in breaking major recording artists in his region. He also received multiple Digital Radio Tracker Plaques for his record breaking skills and affiliations. Mr.Lex is a member of the Recording Academy, he was considered for a Grammy for co-writing and co-producing the gospel rap song “BLESSINGS ON BLESSINGS”, and Mr. Lex won the Major Impact award in Nashville, Tn., and recently he appeared in the Morgan Freeman movie “The Minute You Wake up Dead”.

Dr. Sonya Good

Dr. Sonya Good is an Interim Chair and Professor of Chemistry at Texas Southern University(TSU) where she has been a member of the faculty since the fall 2013. Her research interests are to investigate surface properties of metallic surfaces, microelectrodes and chemically modified textiles using instrumental methods and microscopy. Dr. Good’s other research initiatives are to investigate alternative milk for the presence of toxins and best teaching practices for student learning in STEM courses at an HBCU.

Dr. Good’s most proud moment in teaching is when a group of undergraduate students collectively developed a research project while participating in the Guided Learning Project in her quantitative analysis laboratory course. This research led to a publication entitled Assessing the East Bay of Galveston Bay, Texas for Coliform Bacteria in Recreational Water in 2016. She continues to engage with undergraduates beyond the classroom by serving as Faculty Advisor for the American Chemical Society (ACS) and NOBCChE student chapters. Recently, Dr. Good saw a need and created a group, the Informative Channel for Blacks/African-Americans in STEM, on Facebook to mentor students and former students and provide support for under represented groups in STEM.

Dr. Good is a former ACS Science Coach for teachers and former Board Member of the South Union Community Development Corporation of Houston, TX. Before TSU, Dr. Good was a Board of Regent Fellow at LSU (1994-98), a post doctoral fellow at the USDA (2001-2004) and an assistant professor at Dillard University (2004-2013). She received her Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from ‘THEE I Love’ Jackson State University in 1993. Professor Good holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Louisiana State University (2001) where she was a Board of Regents Fellow and was inducted into the Phi Lambda Upsilon Honor Society. Over the years, she has participated in research, authored papers and mentored students. She is married to Marland Good and has a daughter, Madison.
